TYLENOL® understands Save The Music’s mission and believes that everyone, young and old, should have the opportunity to pursue their passion.

In honor of the brand’s campaign #WhatMovesMe, which celebrates musicians suffering from arthritis whose love for music drives them to play despite their physical condition, they have donated to Save The Music to help instill a passion for music in the next generation.

Watch as, together, we visit Park Place Community Middle School in Brooklyn, New York and learn what music means to them. In support of the campaign, TYLENOL® partnered with the New York Times to create a hub to support the promotion and populated it with content from the school and students.

As a thank you, TYLENOL® made an Encore Grant at Park Place where there are 160 students in the school and 133 are part of the music program! The music teacher was moved to tears as she had always hoped to get those extra instruments, especially a tenor saxophone.

The donation was celebrated in September at Thurgood Marshall Academy for Learning and Social Change in Harlem. There, we also hosted a musical master class with professional cellist and Juilliard and Yale School of Music graduate, Patrice Jackson, who used her expertise to execute a performance and a hands-on, unique lesson – one this school and its underprivileged students wouldn’t have had the opportunity to participate in if it wasn’t for Save The Music.
